I liked that everyone was very nice, polite and most importantly caring. This was my first time visiting Memorial Herman-Go health urgent care . I have a urgent care closer to me but people are not as nice. If I ever need urgent care again I will definitely be coming to Memorial Herman- Go health. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.
The service was quick and efficient. The doctors were straight to the point and knew how to make the patients feel comfortable. The doctors knew exactly what to say and how to treat the injury or sickness. Memorial Hermann Urgent Care keep up the good work I will recommend my family and friends to visit this urgent care. Every thing from receptionist to all the way Dr. he was very professional good bed side manners. Very patient to explain. I would recommend to any time to my friends n relatives. Happy to choose that urgent care location.
PA Dominique was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I especially love the way he educates me on what I came in for. He explains things in great detail and does it very very well. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very patient. This is the second time in a month I had to visit the Urgent Care unfortunately. Saw Dominique both times and was quite impressed in the handling of my care. And the whole staff there was also very very nice and helpful. Going to an Urgent Care can be stressful in itself however the handling of my care put me at ease.
Update: I reached out right after my issue and was told, “We want to help you.” I submitted all the requested information and even received a call from the director—unfortunately, it was just to hear my story. It’s now been two weeks since my surgery, and I haven’t received any real support or follow-up. I’ve already paid $1,200 out of pocket with no assistance and more on therapy after surgery . At this point, it feels like they don’t genuinely care—you’re just another number to them. I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. * Initial Review: I visited this urgent care on Sunday, June 8th after injuring my hand during a game. I had significant pain after the ball struck my hand, so I wanted to get it checked immediately. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was seen fairly quickly. An X-ray was performed, and it showed a minor fracture. The doctor then proceeded to apply a cast. However, after consulting with multiple orthopedic surgeons in my network, I learned that the casting procedure was not done properly. It was applied while I was standing with no arm support, which is not the correct method for setting a fracture. Ten days later, when I visited a specialist and had a new scan done (attached), I was shocked to discover that instead of healing, the bone had shifted further out of place. This improper casting has now led to the need for surgery, which could have been entirely avoided had proper treatment been done in the first place. I’m scheduled for surgery this Friday and have now lost valuable time and endured unnecessary pain. I’m sharing this review to warn others: if you suspect a fracture or bone injury, do not rely on this urgent care. While they may be good for minor issues, they clearly lack expertise in orthopedic care. It’s best to visit a qualified orthopedic specialist to avoid complications like mine.
