The staff are friendly and caring, and I love that the bathrooms are fully inclusive: wheelchair accessible, equipped with both a toilet and a urinal, and with a baby changing station. This is a place that is thoughtfully designed and operated to nourish human beings. Shout-out to Ray, who took my order, for not judging my choice of an item from the kids’ menu 🤣 Yes, I am an adult who sometimes just needs a basic grilled cheese sandwich. Next time I will hang out here a bit and totally take up the offer of some coloring sheets.
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Mendocino Farms! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was incredible. Huge shoutout to Rechena S. (cashier) and Chris H. (server) — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even while sitting down, staff checked in and made us feel welcome. Despite a busy Monday lunchtime downtown, ordering was quick and smooth. The food was fresh, generous, and packed with flavor — no skimping at all. Our group ordered four different meals and everyone loved theirs. This is officially one of our new go-to lunch spots. Highly recommend!
My sweet, loving wife, who is also quite picky, and I have always wanted to try this place out, but we've never had the chance until today. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by staff members who offered to give us some insight into the menu. We decided on Chen’s Crispy Rice Salad and the Chicken & Hummus Crunch wrap. Our food did take a little while to come out, but to be fair, it was lunchtime, so that’s usually expected. Upon the arrival of our food, the staff offered us drinks to compensate for the wait, which we thought was very kind. After tasting the dishes, we thought they were very good; however, the chicken wrap wasn’t quite to our liking, as we had expected a grilled wrap. It was good nonetheless, but the staff offered to give us a new dish, and that’s when we decided on the “Not so Fried” chicken sandwich. That sandwich was honestly amazing. We can see why it’s a popular pick for sure. Overall this was a great experience for our first time here. A special mention to all the staff who ensured our experience was a pleasant one. We will definitely be coming here in the future!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The salads are always fresh and delicious! The whole team is so welcoming, and Manager Alec made me feel right at home. Great food and a great team I’ll definitely be back!
The fam and I went to this spot after church. We were feeling good so we wanted to keep that going with good clean food. Soul feed, belly feed. We arrived her after having to walk about 7 blocks but it's ok, get some juice in the joints. There was this cool blue and white cow, my daughter loved cows so she was super juiced, she is grown but never the mind that lol. The cashier was super kind and since that was our first time going we didn't know what was good, so the cashier ran things down for us. We order and had to wait for a seat, someone finally cleaned a table and we sit and waited. Once our food came the waiter was a bit rude, so she did not get a tip. The food was bomb, oh!!! My word it was so good, so fresh, so tasty with nice size portions. Man that salad was bomb. I will most diff be going back. Well done guys, well done. Until next week. Lol🤭
