I took my 7 pond Maltese to have her groomed she had knots on her hips but the rest of her body was clear of knots she is a recuse so was naturally very scared for her first puppy cut I was very shocked to get the bill and an extra 25 dollars was added to the bill she was shaved so no special cut was required will not go back

Took 4 small dogs in for self-bath the weekend of 2/27. We've been here before for self-bath and for grooming and always had a good experience. This time the place was empty and the woman working was so surly. She couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone, didn't provide any directions, and seemed put out when we asked for help and a gate. We were going to ask about a nail clip, but never mind. And I don't know if the policy has changed, but typically there isn't a tip screen for self-bath but we got one that day. Tip for what????

We love the self service tubs, they're always clean, they have the best soaps and sprays. The staff is awesome and Noodle loves getting a treat after her bath!

They keep their business very clean and the couple of times I have taken our dog to bathe him myself, the staff has been very helpful! The towels, Shampoo, conditioner and a dryer all made the job a snap! It saved me the difference, as I had been having him bathed where we board him occasionally. All in all a really good experience.

They did a really good job on my dog. She was sent to her forever home shortly after being in their care thank you guys so much
