I purchased a pass because I frequently drive on dirt county roads. I attempted to go through the wash on 8 occasions over the course of about a week. I was turned away 5 of 8 times because my vehicle was "too dirty". There is literally no reason to have a car wash pass if I can't actually wash my vehicle in the car wash. Complete waste of money and time. I'm leaving a 2 star review because the manager at least gave me the option to go wash my car SOMEWHERE ELSE and come back to get reimbursed for that wash and then I could go through their wash. A total waste of time and major hassle but at least there was some alternative.

The attendant was patient with my mom who was having trouble positioning the car properly in the car wash; He was helpful and friendly! The air by the vacuums was a little weak but overall great service.

I came in the other day and the service was great! Nathan was super friendly and helped me with the mat cleaner. My car never been cleaner! I've been going to mister for years but I'm glad I tried something new.

I drive out of my way to get my car washed here. The manager Marisol and her crew is very attentive to my needs and my car always comes out looking brand new. I’ll continue to drive past Mister just to come to this wash.

I left mister carwash do to a manager (lexy)that guided me into the carwash. Lexy didn't guide my car right on the tracks do to her negligence. She rushed my car into the wash so she could go grab a tip! After my car was thrown off and on track I had multiple damages to my car, after the wash I had to go call lexy to come out and look at the damage, when lexy comes out the first thing she says is, im the manager so im just going to deny your claim anyways! She was very disrespectful and unprofessional! Ps. The first time I seen lacey at Metro she was inside the wash guiding my car again, and wouldn't u know my car wasn't on track right again, thankfully no damage to my car this time! Also, if management wants i can provide proof! ----UPDATE---- I followed up with metro and they just ghosted me, what a joke of a buisness! This company is being run by unprofessional management! Workers can ruin people's cars and they have no consequences for their actions! Metro carwash is owned by mister carwash, what a monopoly, huh! I will continue to inform everyone i meet and know about metro/mister carwash! Also don't believe nothing about their comments, they don't care about their customers! The manager and owner at this carwash is an embarrassment, and shouldn't be in a leadership role! I recommend people just to wash their own car to avoid damage to their car! As we know now mister/metro carwash doesn't take responsibility for there actions of their workers!
