Metro KC Fitness - Strawberry Hill est une salle de sport spacieuse située au 607 Tauromee Ave, Kansas City, KS 66101. Elle offre une large gamme d'équipements, y compris un espace à l'étage et une salle dédiée aux fessiers. This Metro KC site has a lot of equipment, it isn't organized in a great layout though. The locker/changing room situation leaves a lot to be desired. There's hooks missing, no shelf to set your stuff; it has to lay on the floor. One measly chair. If you come ALREADY DRESSED to workout (unlikely in freezing outdoor temps) you're good. But if you need to change into workout clothes, it is EXTREMELY inconvenient. Otherwise, great gym for the price and convenience.
I really enjoy this gym i signed up 3 days ago and have been everyday since. First off let me say this it is huge!!! So many different types of equipment to suit any kind of workout. There is an upstairs yall with a whole darn glutes room im so in love with this place and they even have the seamoss love.
Very well, organized staff members very polite individuals that come into the gym are very helpful as well. We definitely recommend.
This gym has been such a great addition to my routine. It’s super close to my house, always clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always makes me feel welcome when I walk in. I love that it never feels too crowded and I can get my workout done without waiting around. The atmosphere is motivating, safe, and perfect for anyone—beginners all the way to experienced lifters. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to work out with good energy, this gym is definitely worth it.
This gym ranks in my top 5 in KC! The equipment is solid, especially now that they added the upstairs area. The owner Matt, the manager Cesar, and everyone at the gym are awesome. I love the community there. They do a lot of different events to bring the gym together. The gym has a great vibe. A mix of hardcore and modern. If you’re in KC, this is definitely a gym I’d recommend checking out!
