This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had in my life! Dr. Ballarini and his staff are truly amazing. I went to MD Now Urgent Care in Midtown and was completely brushed off, but the second I arrived here I knew I’d be taken seriously just by how thorough their examination was and how much they cared about my health. I will only be coming here for any medical concerns moving forward. Thank you Dr. Ballarini and staff!
We were visiting from out of state and needed urgent care, so we searched nearby and found this location. The online registration process before arrival was quick and easy. When we got there, providing insurance and ID was seamless. We were promptly asked about the issue, and Dr. Ballarini came in shortly after. He listened carefully, acknowledged our concerns, and provided an on-site solution along with a prescription—especially helpful given the late hour and limited pharmacy availability. Highly recommend for both locals and those visiting from out of the area. Thank you again, Dr. Ballarini!
I had an amazing experience here today. The staff was really friendly and efficient. The doctor and nurse were attentive to details, kind, and took their time with me. No lines, no wait. 10/10 experience!
Front desk was very polite with all quick questions and giving up front cost for no insurance. Got in right away on Christmas Eve and Doc was quick to help. Nice to have prescriptions on hand as well ability to keep things moving. I come to Miami quite often and been in other urgent cares and this one was run pretty well. I would not hesitate to go again if needed.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ballerini and his entire team at Miami Beach Urgent Care. Every visit has been an exceptional experience. There’s never a wait - they always see me right away and everyone is so kind, attentive, and professional. Brittany is wonderful, and the whole team keeps the place spotless and organized. The care here truly stands out. Dr. Ballerini takes his time to explain everything clearly so you always feel comfortable and informed. When I broke my wrist, he walked me through every step of the X-rays and treatment plan with patience and care. It’s rare to find medical care that feels this personal and efficient. Highly recommend!
