This gym is incredible, management was good as well, when working out I can feel the heat, the artwork on their wall is cool, and love the fact they have picture frames of Legendary Bodybuilders and maybe some modern Bodybuilders too. I should come back when I go back to Miami, FL
Miami Iron Gym is easily one of my favorite spots to train. It has that classic old-school vibe you just don't see much anymore and feels a lot like the original Gold’s Gym. You can tell there’s history here, and everyone comes in ready to work. What I really like is that no one is messing around or stuck on their phone. The energy is super focused and motivating with everyone locked in and pushing themselves. It’s super affordable, open 24/7, and the staff is always around if you need anything. The trainers are also really helpful and will gladly show you how to use any equipment. If you’re serious about training and want a gym with real grit and a great atmosphere, this is the place to be!
Absolutely loved this gym. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Old time aesthetic is great. Only stipulations were the weight rack is not labeled or organized, and there is no water fountain or way to get water within the gym.
Nice equipment, good machines. The gym itself offers great training possabilities and gives a good hardcore vibe. Loved the words on the homepage: „No one is here to be socializing or texting“ Unfortunately, that wasn‘t the case. The employee was hanging around with a training group (they were also mostly sitting & texting or prob doing a very long break between sets), smoking an electronic cigarette inside the gym or literally hanging around. As a white/non spanish speaking person you don‘t feel welcome. Doesn‘t mean, we don‘t unterstand spanish. One woman was asking another guy „what do these white people do here?“ in spanish and looked judgy at us. Absolutely disgusting. Quick mention to the guy in the nutrition shop, he was very nice & friendly!
Amazing people there. Helpful and nice staff. People go there to train and do their own thing. Great old school machines. Good price for the day pass. It may seem small but it does the job ! Love how they meal prep there too and drinks.
