This is the terrible tour company! They should be closed, I don’t know how are they still operating. Just look at the reviews, there are bunch of complaints. The bus part was okay but when we came to the boat, they didn’t have enough room for everybody, it was very disorganized. Eventually there were 16 people who didn’t board the boat. Turns out the bus and boats are operated by different companies and they don’t keep a track of how many people got on the bus and how many people are supposed to board the boat. So at the end of the day, 16 people had to go back to the meeting point without getting the full service that we paid for. I tried to call and speak to the manager Anthony, but he was very rude and he kept telling we should just take the next boat. And their tour guy just didn’t care and left. I was trying to explain this to the manager but he didn’t seem to understand that the person who was supposed to be in charge of the group was gone. The tour guy knew that there was a problem and he just took off. The company should watch their employees. And Anthony instead of contacting his tour guy, kept saying that we should go back to the boats and take next ones, but there were bunch of boats, how do we know which boat to take!? There was supposed to be someone who should’ve guided us. How are we supposed to know which boat belongs to their company. The company management should do something with this, look at your review, why they’re not taking care of the customer service complaints?!

These guys are a scam and need to be reported. They charges us $500 cash and said it is for Everglades tour eventhough we had booked the ticket for $350 (said that it’s the rate in the morning because they are booked). We paid and then found these guys don’t have a bus. They asked us to go to Bayside and said they have arranged a bus for us there. We went to Bayside with the kids who haven’t eaten anything since morning. Once we got to Bayside, we found d there was no bus to Everglades by this company. Since we took the managers #, we called him. He asked us to come back to Miami Beach and he will put us on a 1:30 tour to Everglades. Total scam !!! Beware of them. There were many more like us who felt scammed. Time to report them to BBB

The driver was nice, friendly and welcoming. The trip to Key West was excellent, on time, no problem. However, I was told to be at the meeting point at 5, but he arrived at 5h40 with the other passengers he had picked up somewhere else. Needless to say I was a bit worried I had missed something. I recommend Miami tours, it is reliable and perfectly located in SoBe.

My husband and I was in Miami for his birthday on October 10, 2025. We missed our 9 am bus on this day. We arrived in the storefront on Lincoln to see if we can get on next bus at 10 am. We had to pay a rebooking fee, the cost of one of the tickets. Ok, we ate that cost because we were late. If I could give this tour a ZERO rating we would. We were on the Miami City Tour bus on October 10, 2025 at 10am est. The bus driver was not welcoming or friendly. The tour guide guy came across as upbeat starting but ended up being terrible. -He spoke Spanish majority barely moving to English. - he did not explain the transition from the bus tour to the boat tour. EVERYONE was lost and confused. The tour guider became frustrated because everyone was asking where to go. He asked everyone to follow him. We all thought we were being taken to the boat tour but instead he took us to a restaurant and told us to eat there. NO ONE went in there because we couldn’t believe he had us to follow him there blindly. He became frustrated when no one would go eat there. I asked him directly where do we go for the boat tour and he said for me to go wait over “there”. I then asked it over there was for the boat. This man refused to answer me…….he kept saying just go wait over there. He put a lot of pressure to buy from a certain restaurant in Little Havana and at Bayftont Market. Very unorganized tour. He did not explain well how to get to the boat tour. Security helped me and my husband find the boat tour. This tour was a disaster. We both said we will never ever use this tour again. We didn’t even mind the fact it rained. No problem at all. The service was awful.

We had an amazing experience! This is the 1st tour I've been on that takes you through and then walks you through stores, cigar shop, Cuban coffee, and shared a great place for Cuban mojitos. The staff was super helpful. We enjoyed the boat tour also! Super fun and learned alot.
