Micah is EXCELLENT!!! Professional, friendly, always answers our questions and explains every details/steps. We have talked to couple of realtors around the area which made us scared of selling/buying a house, but when we talked to Micah he explained every details and process, I thought selling our house would be very stressful as what other realtors says, but Micah made all those worries disappear.
