We stopped by the shop to look for a men’s wedding ring, and Olivia welcomed us right away. She was kind, professional, and helped me choose the right ring for the big day. She and the team also handled all the logistics of shipping the ring to another city in Australia, or even abroad. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Jordan at the Perth CBD store was absolutely wonderful to deal with! So helpful and genuinely lovely. She went out of her way to look into the care plans for my older rings and didn't rush helping me find the perfect new one. She even picked out the ring I ended up choosing, which I never would have considered without her advice. Her passion for what she does really shines through and has definitely made me want to come back to this store again.
