I had a wonderful experience working with Michelle and the team at Mosaik. From day one she took the time to understood our unique housing needs. A home with an ADU so my elderly could live mom close, without blowing our budget. Michelle quickly spotted a place that checked every box and even got us in before the listing went public. To be sure it was the right fit, she still showed us 11 other homes for comparison. Additionally, when the title company later mis-disbursed funds, Michelle made sure it was corrected promptly. I can’t say enough good things about her dedication and follow through. Simply put, Michelle is the best!

Michelle is world class at real estate. I have worked with her with three properties and she has always delivered. 1. She helped me purchase 2 properties in SF. She went to the properties, scheduled showings for us and negotiated brilliantly on our behalf. She has an extensive network to cover any question or to make any repair. She has been in the industry for a long time so she will know how to resolve any hurdle. She always provides a warranty after the purchase which is great. Buying a place is always stressful but her expertise and can-do attitude makes the difference for us (especially in a competitive market)! 2. She also helped me rent a 850 sq ft apartment within 2 weeks at a fair market value in SF. Again, she was well prepared on marketing the property, showing it to clients that were great, and ensuring we had all the documentation necessary. Michelle is a rockstar and would recommend her to anyone in the bay area.

Michelle was the perfect agent for us as first time home buyers in San Francisco, and we couldn't recommend her more. We wanted an agent who understood our taste, was super responsive by phone and email, and was someone we could trust with the biggest financial decision of our lives. Michelle delivered on every single front. From the start, it felt more like a long-time friendship than a business relationship. She took the time to understand our goals, our situation, and our taste. She made smart recommendations about design and was able to share our "vision" as we toured different homes. Michelle is incredibly responsive and a great communicator - any calls, emails, or texts were promptly responded to, and we felt like she was with us every step of the way. It often felt like she could read our minds, answering questions before we could ask or pointing out things we were just noticing. Finally, we knew we could trust Michelle as an agent who had our best interests at heart. She was open and honest about where she thought houses would go, and never pushed us to offer more than we were comfortable with. She is incredibly well connected - it felt like she knew or had worked with every listing agent in the city, and those relationships helped us immensely. She also referred us to a great lender who was perfect for our situation. Buying a home in San Francisco can be a difficult and complex process, but having Michelle on our side made it an enjoyable one. We couldn't have asked for more from our agent, and are excited to move into the home of our dreams!
