Our extended family session (23 people) went very smoothly. From the booking process, to the check in phone call, the session, and the post session information, it was very comprehensive. Michelle made us feel comfortable and was able to easily work with our neuro spicy family. 😄
Michelle has been our family photographer for 11 years now & I could not imagine anyone else photographing our family. She captures everyones personality just perfectly. The kids find her hilarious & super energetic which helps on sessions when the kids can get bored, she keeps them engaged & entertained to take the perfect shot. She always knows the perfect location, be it a beach or a lake or a park or the studio, whichever & wherever the photos come out just perfect & everything you hope for in professional photos. She can also handle a couple of furry family members who definitely don't cooperate but she takes it all in her stride. 100% recommend
We just had the best experience with Michelle, full of light-hearted fun, laughter, and genuine joy while taking our family portraits. She made everyone feel relaxed and captured the most natural, beautiful moments. I also use Michelle for my business profile photos, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her professionalism, creativity, and energy make every session something to look forward to. Highly recommend!
I rarely write bad reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so others can avoid the same mistake. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare. The photographer was unprofessional, disorganised and very late in delivering the photos. We were promised high-quality, edited images within two weeks. it took more than two months of chasing, excuses, and ignored messages before we received anything. When the photos finally arrived, they were poorly lit, awkwardly cropped, and looked like something taken on a cheap phone rather than professional equipment. There was no attention to detail or creativity just rushed, low-effort shots that completely failed to capture what we discussed. To make things worse, she was defensive when I raised my concerns instead of offering to fix the issue or refund part of the payment. I honestly regret choosing this business. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are plenty of photographers who actually care about their clients and take pride in their work this one, sadly, is not one of them.
My family and I were coming into town for vacation and I reached out to Michelle after a random Google search. Best decision ever. Michelle made it work with our schedule and everything was seamless from pre-shoot to picture day and beyond. The location she picked was great, the photoshoot was perfect (all very professional), and the pictures turned out amazing. Thank you Michelle for making the whole process simple and capturing the magic!
