I've been a microcenter customer for years. Every computer I've bought for personal or business use I've built here. I could have left a 5 star review every time but today the staff here saved my skin in a way I can't describe. This store has everything you need at reasonable prices but so much more than that the staff are the most kind and helpful people you'll ever meet. They already had me as a customer for life but my experience with them today solidified that decision and blew the term "customer service" out of the water. These guys truly care to help you solve any problems you may have, thank you guys for being amazing.

I had an outstanding experience with Rod Brown in Tech Support at MicroCenter in Saint David’s. Rod is truly wonderful, brilliant, patient, and honestly genius-level when it comes to computing. His depth of knowledge across all products is incredible, and he explains even complex issues clearly and confidently. It’s rare to meet someone who not only knows the technology inside and out, but also genuinely cares about helping customers understand their options and get the best solution. Rod went above and beyond, and his expertise made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Rodman is one of the main reasons I have been a MicroCenter customer for about 30 years. I have recommended many people including top management at my employer. MicroCenter is extremely lucky to have him.

Look all over for a perfect Pc for stock trading. Then I found out about Microsoft Center from my brother. WOW !! I was so impressed with the center and their knowledge about the products. I am still in shock ! The prices and quality are perfect for any budget ! I will recommend them to anyone and they have a customer for life. Thank you to Micro center staff !! AAA+

Always have a great experience with Micro Center, I've gone half a dozen times for my PC build needs and once for a repair, and the staff is always quick to help, especially when I probably seem a little lost! Not to mention they have parts that you won't find on shelves in many other tech chains, which saves me the cost and wait of having to order online. The whole staff seems incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and have worked to help me find options to keep my fixes and upgrades within my budget, and they've saved my PC on one occasion when a power surge fried my hard-drive. I could list the names of every member who helped me and go on for ages, but most recently Andrew Pagán helped me find the perfect wifi module for my desktop, on Halloween! Thank you so much!

I'd heard about this store before but never went until today. Just went to see a case in person that I was looking at for a new build... But, the bundle prices plus price matching ended up being almost $200 cheaper than Amazon/newegg for the build I had priced out. So I ended up buying everything then and there. Everything I was looking at online they had in stock ready to go, for less or the same price as online, that's hard to do. HUGE shout out to Ricky, he helped me from start to finish picking out every part. Dude is an absolute wealth of knowledge and made everything extremely quick and easy.
