Midtown Pet Centre à Tallebudgera Valley propose des pensions pour animaux et une garderie pour chiens et chats. Les pensionnaires bénéficient d’espaces intérieurs avec des enclos extérieurs. Le personnel tient les propriétaires informés sur l’alimentation et le tempérament pendant le séjour. Les avis mettent en avant un service amical et réactif de la part de Hannah et David, des installations propres, et des chiens et chats qui rentrent chez eux heureux et détendus après leurs visites.

We recently boarded our two cats at Midtown for a week. This is their second time at Midtown having stayed for about a week previously. One of the cats travels well, the other is very nervous with strangers so we were concerned about boarding him but on pick up we found both cats to be in good spirits, clean, and with no loss of weight or any other issues. We mostly dealt with Hannah who was lovely and reassuring on drop-off, taking down notes for diet and temperament etc. and at pick-up time Hannah also provided us with an update on how both cats reacted to their time in boarding. We like that they get some inside space and also have an outside run for fresh air and to watch birds etc. We'll use Midtown again if we need pet boarding.
Our very nervous and edgy koolie stays over and goes for a fortnightly day trip. They are fantastic with her. Really know how to handle our gorgeous crazy.
We leave our dog Daisy here regularly . David and his team have provided an excellent service. She is happy to leave us and comes home happy . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Midtown Pet Centre.
We have been taking our pets to Midtown for more than 5 years and our dog regularly visits for daycare each week due to my work schedule. The owners and staff are always so friendly, welcoming and caring of our animals. Our dog is always so excited to come up the mountain and he runs to the staff, tail wagging and so happy to see them and go to the daycare area. As I visit regularly I always see dogs being walked mornings and afternoons and the staff are so calm and kind to the animals. I often see evidence of the grounds being very clean (given the amount of poop pooches produce!) and often see evidence of bedding being laundered and areas being cleaned.
I feel very comfortable sending my dogs to Midtown Pet Centre. They are happy to be dropped off and come home happy, relaxed and fit. David and the team are friendly, responsive and positive with enquiries and at drop off and pick up and are very happy to provide updates or answer questions throughout the stay. I happily use their services multiple times a year.
