TL;DR: Come try out this yoga studio for one class and see if it clicks. I find the entire practice (Bikram, yin, power and Pilates) euphoric and transformational, physically, mentally and spiritually. I've only been coming to this studio for shy of 3 months, but I've met some folks in here coming for 16 years. I strive to continue to practice to that level of dedication and commitment, and you know they are coming back for a reason. I find the instructors very kind and supportive, the other folks friendly and happy, and the overall process from entering the studio to leaving just feels right. The pricing structure is also very generous for different levels of commitment and I find the first month beginners pass an absolute gem and steal to get into this studio. I'd say there's nothing to lose by trying out one class. I know I'm glad I did :)

What a wonderful little gem in Belmont Village! Just coming up the stairs you smell essential oils welcoming you. Staff are all enthusiastic and helpful and will answer any questions you may have. The class schedule for the week ahead is on the website and you book by simply clicking the link. The instructors are professional and clearly love what they do, and the classes are fun - challenging - but you can take breaks whenever you need to or just do less or slower reps. The heat takes adjusting to - be sure to drink loads of water ahead of class and bring a towel to put on your mat because every inch of you will sweat! The space is clean and open with showers and free lockers to put your stuff away while you work out. I tried the 5 class trial and loved it so much I got a membership. Give it a try - you'll love it!
Absolutely love this studio! The space is beautifully designed, creating a calming atmosphere that’s perfect for yoga and Pilates sessions. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a part of the community from day one. The trainers are top-notch, offering expert guidance that caters to all skill levels, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged. Rebecca Rose, the owner and one of the trainers, is truly an amazing human being—her passion and warmth make every class special. I was also pleasantly surprised by their selection of quality clothing and herbal glow products, plus the essential oils they carry are wonderful. After a great workout, there’s nothing better than relaxing with one of their tasty coffees or a refreshing smoothie! They even host retreats a few times a year, which I’m really excited to try. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to elevate their fitness and wellness journey!
