The venue had a beautiful atmosphere and worked really well with my own decoration and planning.
Very beautiful place fkr your events. Its big has very clean bathrooms, bar inside. Tables and chairs a full kitchen. Totally worthed. Amazing staff very helpful and friendly.
We hosted a high school graduation party for 12 seniors at Mike Fretz Event Center last night. The event was 5pm-8pm but we had access to the venue at 10:00am. This was great as it allowed us to set up early and not be stressed last minute. We were greeted by staff when we arrived and the room was set up perfectly. Staff was on sight the entire time to assist with setup of audio/visual but their help was rarely needed as the system was very user friendly. Our caterer commented about the venue and how easy it was to work with staff. We had about 300 people attend the “come and go” event and we never seemed crowded. Temperature in the room was steady and comfortable. We set cornhole up on the patio and it was a hit. Highly recommend this facility and plan to use them again for other private/corporate events.
This place is the absolute gem of tulsa, a hidden diamond I should say for weddings, surprise birthdays, business, baby showers and graduation parties, just any event you can think of you could throw at this place, inside bar and outdoor bar with a fireplace and tables set up, plus private rooms for the bride to be and all her bridesmaids with surrounding mirrors inside of this room, plus a grooms and his groomsmen private separate rooms all to get ready, you can not beat this amazing beautifully clean place, oh can not forget about the new $100,000 sound system (DJ or no DJ), drop down tv projector screens and a stage! You could even take professional pictures outside in the surrounding fields, I just can't get over how clean and beautiful this place is to hold any event, and it's great pricing!
They have a very modern and updated look for their event hall and an awesome outdoor setting. This venue is ideal for weddings.
