Excellent Service! I wanted a Tamaron lens that wasn’t in stock, but they had it ordered for me right away. James was great, he was very polite and professional, and explained F stop to me in the best way possible using an older lens as an example. He really is passionate and knowledgeable about cameras from past and current technologies. Everybody was great, the staff was playful and joked around here and there. I was a bit picky of how the lens needed to be handled, but James respected that and understood. The lens was in immaculate new condition and it was the best purchases I ever made, especially for the price!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Giancarlo I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional help I received from Giancarlo at the camera store. He assisted me with setting up the process for transferring photos from my digital camera to my mobile phone — something I found difficult to remember even after several attempts. Giancarlo patiently walked me through the steps not once, but four or five times, always with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly very skilled in his work. In fact, he seems to be the only person in the store who fully understands this process, as I had previously asked two other employees who were unable to help. Giancarlo not only solved my problem but made me feel supported and respected throughout the entire experience. By the way, I bought my camera from this store. I came here several times for other help. All the employees I spoke are very nice too. Thank you, Giancarlo, for your patience and expertise. You truly made a difference, and I deeply appreciate your outstanding customer service

Best place for any photo need. It’s become my go to for printing photos, buying frames, and developing film (which they are remarkably fast at!). The staff is also super helpful and answers all my questions. I highly recommend them if you have any photo related project coming up. (shout out to Anwen!)

I received superb customer service from Anwen C.. I couldn’t get my passport picture approved. She spent time with me trying to figure out why. She figured out what the issue was and re-took my picture. It worked! My picture was approved! Thank you, Anwen, for being so diligent, professional, courteous and patient with me. I really appreciated it!

So happy to see a place like this is still around. I’ve recently gotten a new film camera and was looking for places to develop my film. I used to go to a place in Berkeley, but was presently surprised to see Mikes and it was closer. The staff is super helpful and they have all your film needs. Sometimes they are out of stock of some films so you can always call ahead. I even joined the film developing club they have. Great place!
