Absolutely fantastic experience with Mike. He went above and beyond for me, and rebuilt my two comfy chairs and spent time reworking things so they would help with my horrible situation pain issues. I highly recommend Mikes for anyone with chronic pain. I would give him ten stars if it allowed me 😁😁😁😁. Just look at the before and after pictures 🙂 Great guy. Great service. Great pricing.
I never post reviews on Google, but after the amazing customer service experience, I decided to leave a review. I had been wanting to get my seats upholstered for my motorcycle. After doing some searching I came upon Mike's Custom Upholstery. I first met with Malissa, who was amazing and very helpful. I had decided to go with a blue fabric, but later changed my mind. No issue, and they completely understood and wanted me to make sure I was happy with what I picked. I picked out another fabric I found online, but they had concerns about the quality and being waterproof. Mike the owner personally reached out to me and explained the concerns. He did this after-hours on his own time. He offered to let me come in first thing in the morning at 8am to help look through other colors. After sometime looking through different options we decided on the white upholstery with a leather texture. After picking the color I left and figured maybe tomorrow or Monday they would be finished. They called me at around 1:30pm and they were finished. Went to pick the seats up and they look absolutely amazing. Customer service like this you would never find from any retail store. Genuine good people and a great price for what they offer. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for upholstery work and great customer service. You all rock!!!

Mike and Brandon did a great job with putting a factory replacement in my Tahoe. All fabric was great except the drivers side bottom. They also added some more foam to keep seat from wearing down.
Mike was very professional, his work is amazing and definitely worth the price. I dropped my seat off to him and the same day he called me back saying it was done. Highly recommend his work for anything. Thanks again Mike!
