Living in Kansas, we all know how unpredictable the weather can be—freezing cold one day and scorching hot the next—so having a reliable HVAC system isn’t just a luxury, it is an absolute necessity. I had been having issues with my system for a while, and quite frankly, I was dreading the process of finding a company I could trust to come out and fix it properly without charging me an arm and a leg. From the very moment I called Mike and Sapio's, I knew I was in good hands. The scheduling process was incredibly smooth, the staff was friendly, and they actually worked around my schedule. When the team arrived, they were professional, polite, and extremely thorough in their diagnosis. They didn't just look for a quick band-aid fix; they took the time to really understand what was going on with my unit to ensure long-term performance. Now that they have finished the work, the results speak for themselves. My house heater works amazing—better than it did when I first bought the house! The heat is even, consistent, and warms up the place so quickly. But the real surprise was the cooling side of things. My air conditioning has never worked better until they came by and fixed it. The airflow is stronger, the house cools down instantly, and the humidity control is perfect. Highly Recommend. I had Andrew out to my house to check on my heater. It was working but had a weird issue over the last couple winters to where it wouldnt kick on every time. He was very quick, proficient and professional. He explained the issue in a way I (not mechanically minded at all) could understand. He had the issue fixed that trip. In the last 2 weeks since his visit our temps have been cold and we have not had one single issue! This has been amazing and I will definitely be calling them for any further issues.
It was such a pleasure doing business with Andy and Kevin. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air needs. They replaced my heating/air system and did a fantastic job.
