Excellent and friendly service. Miles IT has become our "go to" IT support provider. They specialize in a quick response to a Customer's request for help, and work issues until they are corrected. We are very happy with Miles IT and strongly recommend their services. As a follow-up on another issue: Miles technicians did an excellent job on a recent complex task. While the complexity took some time, Tyler stayed on it from start to finish. The research into the problem lead to Microsoft and back a couple of times, and Tyler was finally able to find the answer. This was a job well done!!
