I was a massage therapist for quite some time before I became a nurse, let me just say that before I continue. I’ve had many massages in my time, but few compare to the massage I received from Jake. Jake is a professional first and foremost who exudes a calming, caring aura to settle you into relaxation. He suggested his signature aromatherapy and I highly recommend it. I don’t know how else to explain it besides his hands listen to your body and find the spots that need the most attention. He was considerate to continue to check in on pressure and my experience, but honestly it wasn’t needed as I was in such a state of utter zen. I look forward to my next session with him and will continue to book with only him…but I can guess you can also book with him on the days I’m not there😌
I had an excellent experience at Milk + Honey Spa in Fort Worth this week. I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage with John O after dealing with a very tight shoulder muscle that was limiting how far I could turn my head. John was attentive, knowledgeable, and really focused on the problem area without it ever feeling rushed. By the end of the session, I already felt noticeable relief, and the next morning I felt significantly better. While I still have some work to do to get back to normal, John O made real progress in just one visit. I highly recommend him if you’re dealing with muscle tension or need targeted therapeutic work. I’ll absolutely be back.
This establishment is quite overpriced for the experience provided. While the massage itself was decent, it did not justify a cost exceeding $200. Additionally, the women’s shower had rust on the ceilings, and the shampoo containers appeared worn and cracked. The hair dryers also seem in need of replacement. Given the premium pricing, all amenities should be of top-tier quality, which unfortunately was not the case. To add icing on the cake, the front desk customer service representative (older lady with dark hair -unsure of her ethnicity) was also unwelcoming, though my massage therapist was professional and kind. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
John was my massage therapist and he was wonderful! He was very kind and attentive; he asked me frequently throughout if he needed to adjust firmness/pressure. Very pleased with my overall experience. I give five stars to John, but 4 stars for price. In regards to the services offered, I don’t feel that the “lux wrap” aspect of the cbd lux wrap was worth the $50 extra.
My masseuse (Joanna) was amazing! She listened to my preferences perfectly, and made the prenatal massage completely comfortable. The facility in and of itself is my favorite to go to. I like getting there with plenty of time beforehand to sit and read in the beautiful oasis of a lounge in my comfy robe, and enjoy tea, snack, and gratitude notes. Joanna utilized hot wash cloths for my feet and back during my prenatal massage that felt heavenly. Afterwards, I always enjoy using the facility’s shower and steamer. The lotions and shower products offered always make me smell like a spa as I leave. Truly always such a relaxing, great experience. I love asking for a gift card to this spa every year for Christmas!
