I had a very positive experience with Miller Storm Roofing and Reconstruction. My roofing consultant, Austin, was very dedicated to getting my project completed. He helped every step of the way from working with the insurance company, my mortgage company, answering my many questions, and keeping on top of the construction process. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The contractors who completed the roof, gutters, wood trim and painting were fantastic—they went above and beyond to make every aspect look great. Recommend highly!
I had an outstanding experience with Miller Storm Roofing and Reconstruction! Luke, my roofing consultant, was amazing from start to finish. He was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and always responded quickly whenever I had questions or needed guidance throughout the process. The contractors who completed the roof, gutters, garage doors, and painting were incredible—the quality of their work was truly top-notch. I was also very pleased with how smoothly everything went with the insurance company, thanks to Luke and the team’s support. I hope I don’t have storm damage again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely choose this company again. I’m so pleased with everything they did. Highly recommend!
I just recently worked with Miller Storm Roofing and they replaced my roof. I've had no less than 150 roofing companies in the last 4 months trying to sell me a roof. Why did I go with this company? Sometimes it's just a gut feeling, this time it was the approach and professionalism they displayed. They company was doing work in the neighborhood, I asked them to come over to my home and just take a look. I talked to Luke and Devin a couple of their sales personnel about my concern of my roof damage. I was very impressed with their demeanor, professionalism, and courtesy they displayed; it really swayed me. They were honest up front and throughout my entire roof replacement from start to finish. This was the first ever claim and they helped me through the entire process. After the job was completed, they both keep in touch along with one of their supervisors making sure I was happy with the roof replacement and If I ever had any problems, do not hesitate to call. I also have to kudos to the office manager for staying on top of all billing and helping me along that process. Thank all of you for doing such a great job, WELL DONE! Ed Mang
Never used this company and I’m sure they do great work. However, after a major hailstorm hit our area, it seems like every roofing company in Texas sent salespeople door-to-door. We’ve had no less than 10 companies a day come by, and as you can imagine, that gets old fast. To politely put an end to it, we put up three “No Soliciting” signs on our property. Despite that, a salesman from Miller Roofing clearly saw the signs and still rang our doorbell to pitch his services. At this point, it’s not about the quality of their work—it’s about respecting homeowners’ boundaries. Clearly ignoring “No Soliciting” signs feels unprofessional, and if that’s how a company operates, it’s not one I’d want to do business with!
