Best prices when I called a bunch of places for quotes. I asked the delivery guy if he could dump the dirt in 2 spots because we are spreading around the edges of our new driveway and he took the time to dump 3 piles. This will save us a ton of time!!! I appreciate it so much.

Wow! I was referred by Minor's to Milwaukee Landscape for decorative rocks and was told this place has a very large selection with free delivery up to a certain mile. Unfortunately but understandable due to end of season, what I wanted is out. But, Adam and Steve were amazing in terms of customer engagement. No hyperbole, here, these gentleman know the industry products. I literally could have paid for their conversation and knowledge. It literally was like two new friends. I was trying to help my mother in law at her house after the Milwaukee flooding and found Milwaukee landscaping supply to have the best prices for the materials I needed. I called and Adam was very responsive and helpful on the phone. Even though i was calling last minute, he was able to accommodate me with a delivery in short order that allowed me to quickly fix the problem. In the future, i will go here anytime I have landscaping needs. Thank you!
Discovered this business and went there with the intention to buy bulk mulch. Upon placing the order I expected the delivery to be free since their policy states it's free within 5 miles. As I was about to pay Adam says it'll be $55 for delivery and tried to say his phone showed 7 to 8 miles. He hadn't clicked "start" in the navigation app so it was picking up his last location. I pulled it up on my phone and actually started Google maps and it showed 5.1 miles. He still tries to charge the extra $55. I said "so you're going to charge me for basically an extra block"?! Adam then says "we can drop it off a block away and you can get it from there". Never experienced that type of disrespect & lack of customer service from a business before. Instead of gaining a repeat customer, Adam would rather be rude & insulting. Well I'd rather take my business somewhere else and even pay more of necessary!
