I’d like to share a recent experience - for some reason my milwaukee.pc email was not receiving or sending through Outlook Classic. I could work around the issue, but it was a pain. Brought it into Milwaukee PC - Greenfield. Dalton, location Manager, was over the top amazing, making sure it worked. He took the time to do it right. It was not an easy fix, Dalton was over the top paying attention to all details. I was impressed. Would have given more Gold Stars if they were available.
Would recommend Milwaukee PC to anyone looking for honest, competent, helpful assistance with their computer needs. Local business with branches throughout Wisconsin. Have turned to them for computer purchase, repair, updates and questions. Have been a customer for 25 years and appreciate their physical locations and being able to speak directly to their helpful staff.
This place is such a joke. There prices are are extremely high. There are other facilities that charge a lot less. I found a place in New Berlin. Please shop around before using Milwaukee PC. They charged me $80 to just tell me what is wrong with it. They stated that they took it apart to just get the serial number for the replacement part. That is insane. The laptop has both the serial number and model number on it. So they charged me $80. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We explained to him that the touch screen isn't working because it was cracked. They could of easily told me it would need a new LCD screen. They took it apart for nothing.

They all turned out fantastic and these are cherished memories we will have all in thanks to you. You all have been very kind, professional and helpful. I will recommend you all to others. Good place, the guy that helped me out was VERY direct and honest. He flat out said you pay a little more for the same computer, but you get...I think 3 years on the hardware and basically, they built it and they'll take care of you. No BS sales. No upselling. I said "this is what I need it for, and he just said he'd suggest a pretty basic model. And he fixed my fan on my all-in-one. Everyone else was a 15 day turn-around, he was roughly a week and it was over the 4th. I did get annoyed I went down there on a Sat and the times on the website are old, so they were closed...but that's just me being impatient! Should have been there before Noon.
