I recently started practicing yoga again after a long break—about ten years—and this has become my favorite studio. What really stands out is the depth of the teaching staff and how intentionally the schedule is built. There are many excellent instructors, and no single teacher dominates the schedule, which speaks to the overall health and strength of the studio. The quality stays consistently high across classes, with a great mix of yoga and fitness offerings. The space is well designed, with multiple studios and comfortable common areas, and parking has always been easy. Overall, this is a thoughtfully run studio with great teachers and a strong foundation. I’m really glad to have it here in Memphis.
I love Hot26/2. All instructors are fabulous except 1 who struggles teaching a 75 minute class. As far as IHP with weights- Jenna teaches an incredible 60 minute class. Class starts on time; she utilizes the entire 60 minutes without putting us in resting postures (child’s pose). We landed in Savasana after working 58 minutes. She’s a star 💫
Amazing yoga and pilates studio in Memphis. I want to give a particular shoutout to Victoria who is such an outstanding teacher. Her flows are always so interesting and challenging, and she brings such a calming and welcoming presence that makes all her classes accessible and inviting. Everything she does and says feels very natural and authentic, and she keeps things light and simple, doesn't overdue it with too much spiritual stuff. We're lucky to have her here.
As soon as you walk through the door everyone is so welcoming. they made me feel comfortable. the instructors had calm and encouraging tones to help you through the movements.
This was my second time at Haus Pilates, and let me just say every single instructor is top-tier! The energy, the flow, the burn all on point. I’ve left both classes drenched in sweat and feeling absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a place that challenges you and leaves you glowing (literally), this is it. Already addicted!
