Very unprofessional experience. I spoke with Angie Worley and was sent a contingency fee agreement, and I was told I had legal representation. All of this occurred quickly on December 10. Initially, they even sent me an acceptance letter with another person’s name, which I had to correct. My incident occurred on April 14, and I am still recovering. I was informed that my medical records needed to be obtained promptly due to time limitations. There was sufficient time to begin this process, but instead, no meaningful action was taken. After a delay, From everyone going in Christmas break for weeks.I was told they were now out of time and could not proceed with my case. Communication was extremely poor. Angie stopped responding to emails and calls after stating that a case manager would contact me, which never happened. Despite the lack of communication, they were able to send a rejection email and follow it immediately with a rejection letter. When I asked attorney Joey about the discovery rule, I was told it was “too big of a question” and advised to find another lawyer. This conversation occurred on January 5, 2026. If my case could not be handled, that should have been clearly stated from the beginning. Instead, my time was wasted. Based on my experience, the negative reviews I read beforehand were accurate. The very first time I talked with Brian, I felt such relief that someone was finally in my corner and would help me fight the issue. Over the next 8-9 months, that did not waiver. When I expressed anxiety, he was steady and talked me through every step. They were quick to respond and explain each step and option along the way. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend Minner Vines to anyone in the future.

This review could never truly show my gratitude and appreciation for Minner Vines, however I need to brag on this entire law firm. On August 7, 2025 Minner vines held a back to school backpack bash for TCE. When I say 1. They didn’t have to do it 2. Went above and beyond 3. Interacted with all students and parents 4. They had so many activities and give aways. 5. I’m convinced their super power is smiling bc they never stopped. This is how we get involved in our communities and spread love. I was over joyed to be apart of Minner Vines backpack bash. I got to shake hands with some awesome people yesterday. I pray to cross paths with you all again.
