I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience every time. Nichelle and Lakesha are absolutely amazing—professional, skilled, and so caring. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon. What I anticipated would be a simple and straightforward glueless wig installation turned into a frustrating and overpriced ordeal. I specifically booked an appointment for a service that, according to the salon's booking website, should have cost $215. Imagine my shock when I was presented with a bill for an astounding $315 – a $100 increase for a service that involved nothing more than washing my short natural hair and installing a pre-prepared, knot-bleached, glueless wig. There was absolutely no sophisticated process or additional work required to justify such a exorbitant charge. This significant discrepancy between the advertised price and the final bill feels, frankly, like I was fleeced. Beyond the outrageous cost, the service itself was incredibly inefficient. I arrived at 8:45 AM for my 9:00 AM appointment, only to be left waiting for an excessive amount of time while the stylist attended to other clients. What should have been a quick installation dragged on for four hours, finally concluding at 12:45 PM. This lack of respect for my time, combined with the unjustified pricing, made for an incredibly frustrating experience. I genuinely regret choosing this salon and have learned a very expensive lesson. I will not be returning for any future services. EDIT: Attaching a photo of the advertised pricing for wig installation on Miracles Hair Studio website. The website clearly states that unit installation costs $215, NOT the $315 I was charged.

DO NOT BUY RAW INDIAN HAIR!!! I purchased some customer colored Raw Indian hair and I contacted the seller and Nichelle who colored it about the quality of the hair the next day after I had it installed. Being a licensed hairstylist and also someone that sells hair and colors blondes all the time I can instantly tell that The Hair was overprocessed after a day of having it in my hair and I asked for a refund and was told to come in so she could try to do something to The Hair and I said I didn’t want her to touch it. I want to give it back and I just want my money back no big deal. Well, the day I came in there was a security guard there waiting with the person that sold me the hair and I asked her. How can I get a refund? She started saying that she didn’t feel comfortable because I called her over my hair not being right yes I was upset, but I never said anything threatening to her so I was really confused because I’ve came here a bunch of times when she was at a different location in Oakland. I was refused a refund due to the over processed work done by the owner. So basically what you’re telling me is that you can sell hair put up a no refund sign and just sell people garbage that totally is not right and you call yourself a Christian woman?
