Miss Coco altered my bridesmaid dress. She was exceptionally kind, very accommodating with my last-minute request, and the results were flawless. I highly recommend her services.

Miss Coco is so nice! The customer service you get here is fabulous and the attention to detail is superb. I went in the get my suit altered after being referred by my soon to be daughter-in-law, Miss Coco was also doing both of my step sons suits. She was fast and accurate with min but the younger son needed some additional fixes that she measured and had done quickly. In the future (though it's a bit far from me) Miss Coco and will be handling any alterations I may need and will be my only reference for anyone else needing a service!

I needed 2 pair of rhone sweat pants, a pair of joe's jeans and an Amazon dress altered for a weekend trip. My sweatpants were $118 each and my jeans were $120. None of the bottoms were done how I requested and how it was promised but it's too late as I'm leaving for my trip this morning and none of it is fixable anyway. I didn't look at the items before I left as I trusted a bridal alterations person with 4.9 stars knew what she was talking about when it came to original hem. (She even cut my tags off of my pants so I can't even take them into the rhone store in hopes they can maybe help me. And the tags were not in her way) The jeans were to have the "original hem", and she just did a basic hem. And the bottom of the sweats also were to keep the same original hem and she shortened the bottom of the sweatpants. Now they are loose on my ankle and half of the elastic bottom is gone. She was timely and had everything done in the time she said so I'm giving her 1 stars for that. I was rushed, it was a last minute trip and she was my only option. But the rest was a mess and I'm very disappointed 😞. As a short person, most everything needs to be altered and for me, I don't want it to look like that when I wear my clothes It shouldn't be obvious that I had alterations. Unfortunately she was one of the only people available on a Sunday and she had 4.9 stars so I thought I could trust her. There is no way she can fix these as she already cut the elastic part at the bottom of the sweat pant. She can also not fix the jeans as the original bottom is now gone. My only resolution for my new sweatpants is to buy new pants and go to someone else. I got both a beige and navy set (the navy pair came out the same). :( So that's another $236 PLUS alterations with a new person for me to have the pants I want and have them look the way they are sold. (it sucks to be short) I don't think she understands what "original hem" is as she promised she "always does original hem". I was charged $15 for each sweat pant and $20 for the jeans and $25 for the dress to have the sleeves taken up (dress came out good but was a very basic alteration) So if you want anything other than something basic or dress alterations, she may not be the best fit.

Exactly what we needed - Miss Coco did rush alterations for both my wedding dress and my husband’s suit & everything came out great. It was our first time getting anything professionally altered/tailored, so she gave us her advice on the fit & fabric that didn’t cross our mind. She was realistic with our requests & communicated openly about the time frame. We’re glad we drove 20mins because it was worth the great customer service & quality. Her expertise & experience shows. I’ll definitely come back for any future alterations.

Many months late, but I just wanted to thank YOU so much for saving my wedding dress. I had ordered it from Australia, and since it took longer than expected to arrive, she only had about a week to fix everything it needed in order to fit me. I’m forever grateful. This was my second time coming to her, and every single time I’ve left so happy and satisfied. I will definitely be back!
