I am so glad I decided to take classes at Mission Hill Yoga when I moved to Boston! There is such a great variety of class styles and intensities. I have found it to be the perfect balance between challenge and relaxation. Everyone at the studio is so welcoming too! I would definitely recommend this studio to a friend :)
Mission Hill Yoga is an amazing studio! I’ve taken classes with Cassi, Dee, and Syringa—each have their own unique style and bring great energy. My flexibility, strength, and mindfulness have all greatly improved over the past several months while attending classes regularly, and I look forward to continue improving. Hands-on corrections, towels during savasana, and creative flows all make this place special. Honestly, hands down the best place to practice yoga and find community!
Mission Hill Yoga classes are excellent and their approach is unique and relationship-focused. Cassie’s massage-based hands on adjustment technique allow you to deepen your stretch and improve your stance, and she really goes the extra mile to get to know people who attend. The studio is so relaxing and beautiful and we are very lucky to have it in our neighborhood!
I've been coming to Cassi's studio for about 10 years and love the community there. Cassi's classes are super flowy and energizing, and the SPA classes are amazing. *Highly** recommend Meg Gaucher's classes on Thursday for spot-on cueing, personalized adjustments, and thoughtful sequencing. Consistently challenged and feel like a stronger, wiser yoga practitioner at the end of Meg's classes!
I've been to several yoga studios over the course of my yoga journey and Mission Hill is by far THE BEST!! Great vibes and some of the best people! I felt instantly welcomed. Cassi and her staff make practice really enjoyable. 🥰 The studio also has amazing retreats! Absolutely worth every penny! If you're looking for a new place to practice or it's your first time, look no further!
