Dr. Ed is an excellent eye doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. The visit was smooth and thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend!
I enjoyed my experiences today at LensCrafters. I brought my husband and myself to get some prescription glasses. They were very helpful in assisting me with picking the right pair of glasses for both of us. Even though it was busy, we were taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you guys!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Cintron for several years, and every visit has been excellent. I really appreciate his consistent care and the genuine sense that he’s looking out for me. He’s warm, approachable, and always remembers the details about my specific needs — however he does it, it’s clear he remembers or takes time prior to us talking. He picks up right where we left off at each visit and is clearly invested in getting things right. Dr. Cintron is an outstanding clinician, and I'm happy to be under his care.
Great experience! Dr Edgardo Cintron is the best and really helps get his patient needs met. My contacts prescription had not changed and was still valid for a few more days so he was able to get the contact fitting fee waived! The staff (specifically Conor) is excellent and so kind and doesn’t rush you at all while you’re trying to decide on which frames, how to use coupons/insurance, etc. I recommend this location to everyone all the time! Thank you!
The Doc was great and very helpful. He listened to my problems and found a solution. Would highly recommend him. However the girl who initially greeted me had a slight attitude and wasn't willing to help give the $99.00 promised fee for vision exam over the phone. Once spoken to her she said the charge would be $124 and if I didn't like that I could go elsewhere. That's not great customer service. I should of asked to speak to manager but I didn't want to make a scene. All other employees were great, sincere, and helpful. One bad apple won't ruin the entire barrel, but that one should be removed and thrown out. She could of handled the situation with more patience and finding a solution like the AARP discount that brings the price to $94. I did my homework. This kind of information is helpful for patients and should be shared. I think that trainee needs better training at her job. Everyone else is topnotch at Lens Crafters. I will tell all my friends and family to come here but to beware of pricing and talk to manager before payment.
