Old service coming to home was a fire hazard. REMC said new service needed installed. One phone to Mr. Sparky of Louisville Ky. Had someone there in a hour. Several hours later and new service was installed Brandon Knoy and another electrician were great people to have do the job. Thanks Guys good job
Was great service and was on time. Did not have to wait all day. Came in quickly identified what was wrong and started work right away. Had to replace entire power panel because of a burnt breaker and back board. Was very friendly and courteous! Also it was New Years day which sucked for wvwryone and him. Thankful they came out and house did not burn down!
Thank you to John for coming out this morning and helping to repair the wiring at my parents house. He arrived early as requested on this Monday morning, and was extremely professional throughout the service. The work was done very well and everything was communicated nicely. I no longer have to worry about the safety of ky parents thanks to the work accomplished today by John.
Fantastic! Our electrician, John was fast, professional and HONEST! He estimated the work and completed all perfectly. We had gotten an estimate from another Electric mister, (won’t say who): Mr Sparky came in at around what I expected, whereas the other mister was 500% more for a one hour job. This is my electrical contractor of the future. Thank you, John
I had a fire in my electrical panel. The fire was at 4:30pm, I put it out and called Mister Sparky at 5pm, Peyton and Jason took out the destroyed panel and had a new one installed and my power back on by midnight. Absolutely impressive! My wife, my toddler, and myself got to get a good nights sleep with our AC powered back on after a hot and stressful day. I talked with Peyton and Jason during the repair process and they answered all my questions and made me feel informed of what they were doing and why, all the while working quick to get my power back. I also talked with another technician named Paul who stopped by and he was kind and knowledgeable too. Great group of people and I’m very pleased to now have an electrician I feel good about using in the future and recommending to others. ***Update: Inspection afterwards took a lot of follow up calls and many weeks and wasn't a great experience. Overall still a decent experience.
