Brandon was exceptional today. He was kind and professional. Completed his work efficiently and completely and even helped us out on Sunday before a holiday! Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable experience. Luke came by today and exceeded expectations! He was finished in record time, did an excellent job and we’re happy with our service!
Pros: - I liked the speed of which I was able to get on the schedule. - I liked the thoroughness of the inspection from Bradley and the recommendations. - The electricians were knowledgeable, competent and nice overall. - Peace of Mind of getting things done correctly with a guarantee behind the work. Cons: - Prices!!! - It's my belief you are paying 'urgent care' prices for should be a 'doctor visit'. This is my biggest con. Sticker shock. And they try to make it more palatable by showing you a monthly payment plan which doesn't connect well with me. - Sales process - there's a definite incentive to upsell you and there's a bit of fear selling explaining the worst case scenarios. This is going to be fine for some but will be tough for others. My opinion there needs to be a sensitivity to how vulnerable one can be given their situation. Fear selling is effective when one is in very vulnerable situation. - My Motion Detector Receptacles - When Owen replaced all the outlets and switches I would have liked him to have kept my two motion detection switches so I could have re-installed them (I wasn't home when this work was done so came home to that little surprise). I think just recognizing specialty switches like that and asking the homeowner if they want to keep them would be a positive. - No Power to CO monitor or new smoke detector - Owen forgot to connect power to the CO monitor and new smoke detector. Thankfully Gerson had to come back the next day to install the actual detector and caught this and fixed it on the spot. - No follow-up from Bradley - Bradley said he would email me the results of the inspection he did and the good, better, best options. Do you think this happened? No. And I would be it will only happen if this review is read and the response then would be something on the order of "I was getting ready to send that your way". Improvement Idea: - One last comment I'll make is a process improvement. It would be great to have an actual person call and follow-up to find out how the service went. You could then have an opportunity to provide this type of feedback. If someone would ask me if I would go with Mr. Sparky again. I would have to say no. I would certainly love to have someone like Gerson work on my home. But I just can't get over the pricing and the feeling that I paid thousands more than I needed to. Maybe I'm wrong and prices for the work is like this all over but I just have this nagging feeling that I'm left with. Full Review is attached. Derrick came today and was very nice. He was thorough and a good communicator. I felt I was in good hands with his estimate of the electrical job. The price was fair.
Kristopher did a quick job of diagnosing the issue and presented a quote for replacement of the panel. He advised me that a tech, Steven, would be coming to replace the panel in an hour or 2. Steven was there on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Both Kristopher and Steven were very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. Cleaned up all the trash too. Great job guys.l!
I called Mister Sparky due to outlet problems. Luke Williams came out and he diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his diagnosis. He sat down with me and explained all my options as well as the warranty. I so appreciate Luke’s honesty and his professionalism. I would hire this company again for any electrical work. Thank you Luke for what you do. I appreciate you. I high recommend Mister Sparky for all your electrical needs. Technician Brandon Gallo came out to do an electrical panel install. This young man did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough in his work. I cannot be more pleased on the job he did.
