I was very happy with my technician Freeland as he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My smoke detector was chirping and needed immediate attention. It was located on a very high vaulted ceiling. After completing a thorough inspection he had it fixed in no time much to the relief of myself and my neighbors! The price was reasonable with no hidden costs or high pressure sales. Freeland went over all warranties and things that could be added to my home in the future if I chose to do so. I would highly recommend this company and Freeland.

Jerry was the project leader and Arbi and His team were all great! On time, politely, friendly and professional! Great estimate! Had it ready within ten minutes after the inspection. We’re out doing the project the following day. Actually gave me the choice of an actual time, not a window for the project and were there on time! Did projects in about couple hours. Very professional and cleaned up after. Fantastic job guys!
Nice person, (Jerry Routon) failed to inform any damage done by tech (Mario Obispo) is home owners to fix. Way over priced for work and damage done. Sent inexperienced tech. Mr Sparky says on time service, appraiser arrived 1 hour after 2 hour window. Did not inform what or how work was to be done. Worst was when Mario left in a hurry he left back gate and service panel both open, so little dog could eacape. Never again! Posted 4 Nov Update. Contacted by Sparkey (REVIEWS HURT) willing to make good on issues. Reduced cost and apologized for apprentice working without supervision, Hopefully they have corrected their problems. Maybe I will try again, with hightened supervision, and detailed how and why.
