Super nice and helpful! The 2 poinsettias that I bought are still looking as fresh and alive as the day I got them. As avid gardeners, we'll be back in the spring for more! Can't wait!
We were looking for a very specific plant recommended for our garden and called around several nurseries to find it. Mitchell's said they would contact us if any Little Henry's came in... and they did call a few days later. Our first experience was wonderful. We spoke with Lori, the resident plant expert, who answered our questions and also found 3 dwarf blueberry bushes that I had been hoping to add this year. Great selection and awesome staff!
I recently moved to Winston from Fort Lauderdale Florida. I reached out to the nursery last November inquiring about a new location for my very successful Bonsai shop. We haven’t spoken much about it and honestly I’m not sure I want another business. We’ll see! This nursery is very nice. Recently upgraded, clean and well organized. The staff there were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I left with a truck load of plants for my new garden. I’m sure I’ll be back later this fall or certainly in spring. It’s the first nursery I’ve visited since I moved here in April. I love a good nursery, maybe you’ll see some of my Bonsai for sale here or possibly teaching Bonsai Workshops in the future. I’m a master gardener and this nursery is hands down, the best one I’ve ever been to! Healthy plants, huge variety, clean and neat - and best of all, very reasonable prices! Definitely worth the drive! Oh, and Linda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even loaded up my car!
Wonderful customer service. They helped me pick out what I needed for growing in the sun vs growing in the shade. Also carried my plants to my car and loaded them for me. Healthy looking plants and very friendly workers!
