⭐ 1 STAR – AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚨 WARNING – READ THIS BEFORE YOU HAND OVER YOUR MONEY 🚨 This business took my payment for a repair, failed to deliver the service properly, and then refused to return my money. What followed was weeks of chasing, excuses, broken promises, and being passed from one person to another with no resolution. I was repeatedly told things like “the refund is coming,” “accounts are closed,” and “it will be paid by Friday.” None of it happened. I dealt with Sam (management) and Ash, and not a single promise was honoured. Once they have your money, getting it back becomes extremely difficult. Communication stops, responsibility disappears, and you’re left doing all the work just to recover funds that should never have been withheld in the first place. Because of how this was handled, I have now formally reported this business to the ACCC and escalated the matter I strongly urge anyone reading this: do not judge this business by its rating alone. My experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable had I gone elsewhere. There are plenty of repairers in Melbourne. Protect yourself and choose another one. THERE IS A SERIOUS LACK OF ETHICS AND HONESTY IN HOW THIS BUSINESS OPERATES. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO INTEGRITY. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We were scammed - my daughter went to MKC Melbourne specifically because thier website states the price for the glass screen replacement was $109 for her phone - but they charged her $179!! They didnt explain why and she has no capacity to argue or challenge the difference and they seriously just took advantage of that! Update…..the non-standard screen they used doesn’t even fit properly and lifts off the frame, and doesn’t work correctly!! See photo.

I paid $150 for replace back screen of 16promax iphone!!! They broke my ultra camera and they put dust inside my camera!!! at first they replaced it with 13 pro max back screen they i said this is alot of gap here they said come on monday we replace it with new back screen and this is what they did to my phone!!! They are scammers dont trust them at all!!!!! I hope i can sue them and get my money back and the damage they did to my phone!!!!!!
