Mendez landscaping and construction really did wonders with my unforeseen disaster. During a windy night, I woke up to find that my fence attached to 1000 pound stones had fallen over. What a nightmare! This is where Mendez and friends came and saved the day. After agreeing to a reasonable price, he and his crew (and heavy equipment) came out the next day and repaired the wall and fence. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I highly recommend their services!
Where can I start, Fransisco Mendez and his crew are the real deal. We have a very complicated property, sloping, ledge, wall falling apart, seemed to almost insurmountable with our vision. We went through many quotes, and Fransisco‘s was competitive, and he had this gentle confidence that he could do everything we wanted and more. We’ve worked with him for months now and he has slowly terraformed this wild landscape into a full yard with terraced stone walls, walkways, irrigation, grass, retaining walls, and much more. The walls themselves are fieldstone and have received many compliments from other trade workers, they really do look incredible. The crew that he uses works extremely hard and are professional. The pictures below are only a snippet of the work he’s done, we can’t imagine anyone else doing a better job. We are planning to continue to use him for many of the projects in other parts of the property. If you have a chance to book him, you won’t regret it
Francisco and his team have done 2 major projects for us, transforming our backyard and rebuilding our front steps that were crumbling. They did a fantastic job with both and they work quickly at an affordable price. We did the backyard project in 2023 and the front stairs in 2025, so that shows how happy we were with their work the first time around as we hired them again without hesitation.
Francisco and his team did a fantastic job. The transformation speaks for itself - truly dramatic. Before speaking to Francisco, I had spoken with two other landscaping agencies within the Boston area. They quoted me astronomical prices. One company came back with a quote of $29,000 dollars for the backyard - truly absurd. When Francisco told me he could landscape our yard for a good/reasonable price, I was suspicious. I asked myself maybe the quality will not be good or they are not as experienced. Maybe it’s a scam and they will run with the money. Luckily, all my concerns were proven wrong. Not only is Francisco’s team hardworking and courteous, the work is professional, high quality, and reasonably priced. I am in love with my backyard and it was worth every penny. If you need landscaping in the Boston area - Francisco and his team will be the best team to do it. Trust me! You will be glad you did.
