I recently used Red Eagle Mobile Detailing for their exterior wash and wax service, and I had a very good experience. The technician arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently. My car looked noticeably cleaner and the finish had a nice shine once they were done. I appreciated the convenience of having the service done at my home, and the quality matched the price. Overall, a smooth and positive experience would consider using them again.
Wasted my time. Spoke to Henry, set an appointment for last Saturday, no one shows up so I text Henry only to be told their van got rear ended. Whatever, stuff happens. We reschedule for this Saturday. Then at the time of my appointment, I get this text. I received no further reply from Henry, and when I tried to call the number it was disconnected. I understand that schedule conflicts come up and people make mistakes. But to block my number and ignore me is just inexcusable. Red Eagle Mobile Detailing are a pack of cowards and I will never miss an opportunity to warn people about how unprofessional they are.
Henry did a great job — the car is sparkling! Great communication when a previous job took longer than expected. Nice folks, would be happy to use again.
The team who came to detail the inside of my car did such an impressive job, my jaw actually dropped at the results. My car looks absolutely spanking new, like it came off the dealership lot this morning. They came on time, worked hard, left my car in amazing condition. It sparkles, it shines, it smells nice. Completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, guys!!
I can’t say enough good things about the people of this company. I work 70-80 hour weeks so finding the time to bring my car somewhere to get detailed was near impossible. Getting my car detailed was a MUST too because I had mold growing where I spilled coffee (ew). I called Bryan and he informed me they’re fully mobile! I have to park on the street and they were able to make it work! Henry did an INCREDIBLE job! No more mold! And no more dog hair! It’s like a brand new car. They even left a few “thank you” mints. Will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know!
