I came in to ask for check up on my phone because the charging port is loose, turns out it just needs cleaning and they said they don’t charge for it. I was surprised when they said that! There was another customer too asking questions, they have answers right away for every question. Highly recommend! They know their stuff and very professional!

Jonathan was the best IT guy I could ever had. He helped me solve an issue with file transfer device-to-device in less than an hour. An issue that could ever took 2 days in any regular phone reparir shop, took just a couple of hours and it was inmediatly. Didn't had to leave my devices at the shop. It was so useful. Jonathan also does other services like repairing or assembling computers. 6/5 for real

I recently bought a phone from Mobile Klinik. This turned out to be an extremely arduous process and I would not recommend it to anyone. Initially I tried to order a refurbished phone from their website. I was rejected twice for "security reasons" but was told those security reasons could not be explained. When that didn't work I went to this location in person. They had no insights on why the first two attempts had been rejected but they offered to sell me the same model. The price in person was significantly higher than on their website, but after showing them the price online they eventually offered me a discount. The phone they sold me broke less than 2 weeks later. The battery went completely unresponsive. There was no prior problem with the battery nor any evident reason why this might have happened, other than I suppose being an old phone that was incorrectly refurbished. I took the phone back into the store and after a day they offered me a new one for free. In the course of that day they however lost my sim card. They are, I'm told, attempting to get my data off of the old phone. Throughout the process the staff at this location were kind and helpful, though I'll note that they did not reach out to me as they said they would when I gave them the broken phone. Overall it was not a good process.

I had an amazing experience with Kyle and Jonathan! They diagnosed and fixed my laptop incredibly quickly. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly before returning it to me. They explained the issue clearly and were super helpful throughout the process. Truly great technicians — I really appreciate their expertise and excellent service. Highly recommend them

I had a great experience at Mobile Klinik! A small piece of my phone charger got stuck inside the port, and I couldn’t charge my phone at all. Kyle and Jay were extremely helpful, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They were able to carefully remove the piece, and my phone works perfectly again. Thank you so much for your quick and friendly service—I really appreciate it!
