Brought my daughters phone in. Front was peeling off and back of he phone had a hole in the middle of it. When you tried to turn it on it got super hot and shut back down. these guys had it fixed in a couple hours for what I would consider a very fair price. Looks and works great. Thanks Mobile Masters!
Received a quote for them to purchase an Apple Watch and a iPhone. The quote was higher than offer in store. Which is understandable based on condition. When I began asking questions to gain clarity of their assessment the person I was speaking with did not have any answers and said “that’s what he said I don’t know what to tell you”. You’d think the rep would have either gotten answers or brought the person making the evaluation and quote out to speak to me directly. I was also told that had I had chargers I would have made $20 more which was not communicated to me in the quote process. Very poor communication and customer service.
SHADY Business! Do NOT Bring Your Stuff Here! 🚫 From someone who takes great care of their phone—learn from my mistake. I got my screen repaired here, and it was perfect… for exactly three months and one week. Just seven days after the warranty expired, my phone started glitching and stopped working properly. I decided to take it to a different repair shop in Bel Air, and they told me I needed a brand-new screen again. You can either be an honest technician or a shady one—and this place clearly chose the latter. If I had gone back for another repair, it would have cost almost the same as a brand-new phone, especially after already paying $350 for the first “repair.” I ended up buying a new phone instead. I had actually been warned that this was a shady place, but I gave them a chance because of their lower prices. I should have listened. After re-reading their reviews more carefully, I found multiple similar complaints from other customers. 💬 Take your repairs elsewhere—don’t end up scammed like I did.
I rated 5 stars because they were quick fixing my IPad screen. I was able to communicate through text and still get my job done. They always kept me in the loop and was upfront about the cost and the procedures. I will 100 percent use them in the future. If you have any devices that need to be fixed definitely reach out to them. It's about 2 weeks since I had my tablet screen fixed and you can't even tell. There was multiple cracks and hair line damage to it.
Quick and great service! Reasonably priced repair. I got my MacBook Pro screen replaced. Even though it was considered “used” it was still in great shape. I’m very happy it. And the best part is that there was financing options which is the biggest plus!
