I was extremely pleased with the Staging that Jessica did with our property. It was like a transformation to see the difference before and after. I never imagined the house could look like that. Every detail was perfectly placed. I would highly recommend this company and service!
Jessica Brandrup provided amazing insight resulting in actionable results. Making plans to list my condo for sale, Modern Design Collective came highly recommended to not only stage the condo, but to provide sound interior design advice. And, I was able to do this virtually since I live in a different state. Jessica provided a walkthrough resulting in suggestions to modernize the condo. With blind trust, I followed her lead and I'm so glad I did, but I'll get to that bit shortly. In addition to her suggestions, she provided her vision of a furniture theme to accentuate the physical design of the condo. Happily agreeing to the suggestions, Jessica sent me an easy-to-read contract. Shortly after, the project began. Providing transparency, a detailed invoice of the supplies and labor needed for the renovations were sent for my review for which pricing was appropriate. In about a week from signing the contract, the renovations were complete and the condo was properly staged. Via FaceTime, my realtor along with Jessica did a reveal and I was blown away not only in the physical transformation of the condo, but how the furniture flowed with the design of the condo tying in the industrial theme. While all that was great, the true ROI was in the velocity of being made an offer. Keep in mind, the condo scene in Fort Worth, TX is unlike anything in much bigger and dense cities such as New York City where a good majority of people live in condos. I was made an offer in exactly 2 weeks from listing the condo, something I was extremely happy about. Meanwhile, other condos in the same building that were listed well before my condo are still listed for sale. All-in-all, enlisting Jessica and Modern Design Collective to renovate and stage my condo was well worth the investment. While I don't have before pictures, I provided after pictures of the final result. Awesome job and thank you so much! I truly enjoyed the collaborative experience!
Gemma and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! She was able to get my clients' vacant house staged on a very tight timeline within their budget. She has great taste and did a fabulous job selecting furniture and accessories that really highlighted the beauty of the house and defined the space. The property sold very quickly with multiple offers! I would recommend her to any client who wants to get top dollar for their property.
I used Modern Design Staging to sell my house. Was not having any success prior to her. Gemma was awesome to work with. She gave me options that worked in my budget. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond with my text and calls. After staging was completed, house looked amazing and I immediately started getting showings. House was sold in 6 weeks. I would highly recommend her and I would use her to help create the look in my new home.
