Have been ordering items from them for years. Love that the same representative, Emily Roberts, is the person I always deal with. She is familiar with my property needs, has great suggestions never disappoints. Emily is always cheerful, professional and a pleasure to talk too.

I have been doing business with Modern Marketing and one other agency for all of our advertising needs and I am so happy that Kathy Tarr is our contact at Modern Marketing. She is always polite. Patiently persistent and very understanding. even when I have to say no. Our partnership is still growing but when she calls, it's always good to hear from her. Avis Austin has been my sales representative from Modern Marketing for as long as I have been purchasing for the Dyersburg Fire Department. When you speak with Avis on the phone, she makes you feel like you are her only customer. She genuinely cares about helping you find items that you will truly like and actually use. She has never been pushy about making a sale, which is why I tend to buy the majority of my supplies through her. Avis is a hard worker who always sticks to her word. In getting to know her, I found more than just a sales representative; I found a friend. Your company is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee in her.

I am relative new to my position but have visited with Emily Roberts several times. She is very professional and easy to work with. I have referred her to other departments that use promotional items. She is always pleasant to visit with and I have no complaints about the products that have been purchased from her. Emily is the best.
