Absolutely amazing! Sarah is incredible. Ive been trying to find someone for hair extensions and she did an incredible job. I have curly/wavy hair and she matched my pattern so flawlessly. She is super sweet and very straightforward with pricing and I couldn’t be happier with price point and service.
Sarah works magic with hair. This is her calling. When I came to Sarah, my hair wouldn’t grow. I could see that my highlights grew out, but the length never got longer. So I just wore a bob for years, probably a decade. Sarah was able to diagnose the problem and advise me on what I was doing wrong. My hair started to grow. It ended up waist length! No one could believe how it had grown! I don’t live near Sarah any longer, but when I have problems, I can always text or call her for hair advice. I don’t have pictures that I can find of my old Bob days, only Sarah’s result.
I was lucky enough to find Sarah and Modern Salon last year when I was literally ready to pull my hair out! I just couldn’t find anyone who understood the proper placement of hair extensions or how to keep my colors cool toned. We had a consult over the phone, and I felt really comfortable with her expertise. When I went to her, it was such a different experience. Not only is she very creative and savvy with hair extension placement to cover areas that may not be as full, she is a wizard with hair color. We have successfully been transitioning from dark brown with gold-ish highlights (which I can’t stand) to natural hair/grey with blonde highlights. She might be one of the only people in Charlotte who can nail the icy silver blonde look for a former brunette. If you want every day to be a great hair day, then you should definitely seek out Sarah. She’s practically a magician. Sarah Dam-Chambers puts the Dam in “Dam Girl!”
I have referred everyone to Sarah because the quality of her hair extensions are the best I've ever used for fine hair. (Been getting extensions for 6 years) It looks so natural everyone is shocked when I tell them I have extensions. By far the best hair color correction and hair extension specialist in Charlotte hands down!!! Sarah transformed my terrible hair extensions and color that had been completely wreck by another salon. Not only is she extremely professional but she is such a hardworking classy talented master hairstylist. I'm finally feeling confident thanks to Sarah!!
My visit here was for a big cut (15 ins off) to donate. Sarah did a wonderful job making sure no hair went to waste while keeping just enough to give me a new stylish cut. I was also very comfortable with the cleaning protocol and precautions she has in place. The chair space is private, eliminating the concerns of too many people in one enclosed area.
