My husband, Scott, and I were lucky enough to have Modern Vintage as our planners for our wedding in November 2024. At first, I was hesitant about hiring planners—our venue included a coordinator, and I was trying to pinch pennies. But let me tell you: they are worth every single cent and more. I cannot imagine navigating the planning process, welcome party, ceremony, or reception without them. The day truly would have been a completely different event—far less magical and far more chaotic—without their guidance. Jessie and Becca (and, if you’re lucky, Evan!) not only bring impeccable taste and deep industry connections, but they are also absolute gems of human beings. Some of our favorite memories are from our planning sessions with them, and nearly a year after our wedding, we’re lucky to call them friends. They keep you organized and sane throughout the process, and when the big day finally arrives, their smiles and flawless coordination allow you to relax, breathe, and fully take in the experience. I cannot recommend them enough. They go above and beyond. Book them now :)
We worked with Jessie and Becca for a year planning our annual corporate team building event. They helped with everything from scouting locations to dealing with vendors to tracking our budget and every detail you can think of like menus, transportation, air travel and generally putting out fires for us. Becca, Jessie, & Darcy of Modern Vintage made our spring 2023 wedding day the smoothest, most enjoyable experience. Being in the wedding industry myself, I know how some wedding days can feel overwhelming and stressful. I hired this team because not only are they kind & talented, but they also understand how to read a room, quickly manage anything that goes wrong, and keep everyone feeling calm on the day (and leading up to it!). They are fun, detail-oriented, organized, and easygoing. I've worked with many planners before and can promise you that these ladies are some of the very best! Do yourself a favor & hire them!
Becca & Jessie are the absolute BEST! Everything about our wedding turned out exactly as we had hoped and planned. Throughout the process they were so much fun to be with and are both so on top of it. They had amazing suggestions for everything, but I never felt pressure from them. I will love them forever for taking care of our wedding and also taking care of my mother and I during the whole process. I truly cannot think of anything but positives about both of them and Modern Vintage Events. I’m so so happy we chose Jessie and Becca to be our wedding planners.

Je serai le premier à admettre que j'étais sceptique quant au rôle de « wedding planner » en entrant dans ce processus de planification du mariage — et après coup, je peux vous dire que faire appel à Modern Vintage Events a été la meilleure décision que nous ayons prise le jour de notre mariage. Sans hésitation. Nous avons engagé Becca et Jessie pour leurs services de coordination (avec le recul, si nous pouvions recommencer, nous les engagerions pour une planification complète) et, du début à la fin, leurs services ont été impeccables. Ils nous ont permis de nous concentrer réellement sur notre journée et sur ce qu'elle signifiait — et de ne pas nous inquiéter pour un million de petits détails qui peuvent être lourds mais nécessaires pour faire fonctionner un grand événement. Ils ont été calmes, posés et tout simplement charmants tout au long du processus, et nous ont donné confiance et l'esprit tranquille dans les semaines qui ont précédé notre mariage. Plus important encore, ils ont été nos défenseurs — veillant à ce que les autres prestataires fassent leur travail, nous obtenant de meilleurs tarifs que nous n'aurions pu obtenir par nous-mêmes, et veillant à ce que le jour soit organisé exactement comme nous le voulions. Contrairement à de nombreux autres prestataires avec lesquels nous avons travaillé, Modern Vintage Events a été réactif, rapide, honnête, énergique, sympathique, serviable, incroyable... je pourrais continuer. Faites-vous une faveur et engagez-les — je suis persuadé que vous ne le regretterez pas.
