My home is now spotless! From top to bottom! The 2 ladies from Molly Maid came here and did an outstanding job. They quickly and expertly cleaned our home. My wife and I are so happy. They even were able to remove hard water stains from our toilets that had been there forever. We’re looking forward to their return.
I have been using Molly Maid for my past three residences, beginning in 1996. They started out really good, but these past couple of years, not so much. Last Thanksgiving I had out of town family staying at my house. I booked my cleaning for a couple of days before Thanksgiving. My home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining room. It is a very easy home to clean - uncluttered and tidy. Two women showed up and literally were in and out of my house in 55 minutes. The team usually spends at least 2 hours cleaning my home. I was shocked when they said they had finished my home, and gave things a quick look over, and they left. Later that day I noticed a few spots that were missed with dusting, and in my bathroom and kitchen there were a couple of places that still had water spots and/or dust on them. I told myself it would have to wait until my house guests left after Thanksgiving, as I was also hosting 30 people at my home on Thursday. I called Molly Maid one week later on a Tuesday (my initial cleaning took place the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.) I was told that I waited too long to call them, and usually they would send a crew back in to do light touch ups, but that I missed "the window." I explained that my guests just left and that is why I called a week later. I also explained that I had been using their company in all three of my previous homes and asked to speak to a manager. They told me that I couldn't speak with a manager because they will only tell me the same thing. I was given no consideration as an established and reliable client of theirs for 30 years. I told them I was upset and disappointed that they were not even willing to make it right, and they didn't seem to care. I was beside myself.
Molly Maid of N Scottsdale are fabulous - I don’t know where to start. We have been using them for many years, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Their attention to detail, and willingness to listen to specific instructions and tailor the cleaning accordingly, is much appreciated. Team 8 has cleaned our home consistently well and we love having Maricela and Liz twice a month. Our home sparkles and feels polished every time they leave. We highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed and can have peace of mind knowing your home is in good hands. Our dog looks forward to seeing Maricela and Liz too, as she gets loved on before they get to work.
Molly Maid has been doing monthly cleaning of my house for a good number of years. Over that time many different teams have done the cleaning, most recently team 12, and the folks on each team have been pleasant, diligent, and personable. All have done good jobs. I appreciate folks in the office as well—the few times I have had to change an appointment due to travel, they have been very accommodating. I feel good about the folks that come to clean knowing that they bring all the needed equipment and as well are covered by workman’s compensation. I can recommend the organization very highly.
We have used Molly Maid in 8 homes over 26 years and have never been disappointed. We just moved to Gold Canyon from San Tan and lo and behold Team #12 just showed up. They cleaned the San Tan home and now making this dusty move-in Gold Canyon house feel like home. Good job Kareen & Sarai! Highly recommend Molly Maid.
