Used Moment Makers for my wedding and they were a dream! They set up everything for me and we got our pictures so fast! It was great high tech and Alex ans Abrina were so sweet! Def recommend!! 10/10!!

We were really excited about this mirror because we had used it at the wedding show. However, their employee was having complications with setting up the mirror. We moved it multiple times during the wedding. We also had paid for the Polaroid camera( just like the one that is located on the table), we never received it. I was told multiple times ( twice ) by their employee that he would go to the car to grab the Polaroid camera for me , beings that it was paid in full at the time of the wedding. He did not! He also stopped taking pictures mid to order his son’s food and then correct his son’s food because DoorDash had gotten the order wrong . After multiple attempts to fix the mirror, dropping it twice. My decorator gave a ring light and turn on the lights in the hallway to add to the lighting, which we thought may have been the problem it was not . Once I reached out the day after my wedding, I was told I would receive a free 4 by 6 with all of the wedding photos in it. However, the wedding photos were blurry, and I still never received the machine that I paid for in full. As their contract states , that if problem lasts more than 10 minutes, which it lasted four hours , then the payment should be negotiated. It was not, not only was the mirror extremely blurry, but I did not receive the services that I paid for. Receiving the Polaroid camera like I was told multiple times during my wedding would have compensated the blurry pictures, but I was not given the option. The service was so bad that the worker told me , “ at this point. It’s on me. It’s free of charge. I apologize.” This would be the first time that I asked him to atleast bring the Polaroid camera in for the sign in table ! Below are the text messages I received from the vendor. The owners were not present, not once during my wedding. However, they felt the need to state that I had drugs and fights at my wedding. Also, that I cannot afford a lawyer. All of these things seem very stereotypical however, there is the message from the venue days later thanking me and my familyand information about a vendor we had. Horrible customer service horrible service the ideas great. The template was great. The communication was great until the point we had an issue.

My experience was at a wedding. The guys attitude was not welcoming at all! and the pictures were blurry. I asked to take another and he said "It wouldn't be blurry on the print out". We took another one anyway and it was still blurry. I didn’t want to try again because his attitude was horrible.

Alex was amazing since the day I inquire their service. He was attentive as a vendor and honestly, I consider him as a friend more than a vendor! I most definitely was not expecting the great communication I had prior to the event and man that made a big difference! The service was spectacular and that’s an understatement. The selfie booth was a HUGE HIT at my wedding and I had such great feedback from my guests! I have came across vendors during my planning process and no one can compare to Alex. I wish there were vendors more like you Alex. Thank you for all you did and I HIGHLY recommend Moment makers Photo Booth & more!

Moment Makers Photo Booths and More were so lovely to work with! They personalized their services for our party, and worked so well with our guests to make their experience fun and memorable. We had a lot of children at our party, and they did a great catering to both them and to the adults. We would definitely use them again in a heartbeat.
