Very disappointing experience. My Google Business Profile has been suspended since early October, and after hiring Momentum 360 on October 22, I never received any proof that an appeal was submitted—no Case ID, no screenshot, nothing. Communication was slow and I had to chase updates. I only paid a small deposit, but I still expected professionalism and some evidence of progress. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that, and I can’t recommend their service.

Lifesavers! They restored my suspended Google profile. My Google Business Profile was suspended, and it was devastating for my business. I tried a few things myself but hit a wall. Google suspended our business profile unexpectedly after we moved to a new primary location. We had spent many years cultivating a positive reputation in our area and we relied heavily on our Business profile, but when our profile was suspended it resulted in a very strong decrease in our lead generation, additionally we relied heavily on our existing Google reputation to qualify our value and professionalism to new clients. We appealed our suspension several times to no avail, even posting in the support forum for help.
