Car is still dirty! I had an appointment at 8AM which was confirmed twice. Left after 30mins of waiting alone in the parking lot as there was still nobody on the premises to even juste give my keys to. Shows no respect for their own and their customers' schedules. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver! My dog had a major accident in the backseat of my car, and in a panic, I called several car cleaners, but no one could accommodate me on such short notice.
