Came in with back pain and was seen and given a referral for pt with a quick turnaround. Gabby was very efficient in handling my difficult insurance and my nurse Brandy kept me well informed throughout the process. Dr. Khan had great bedside manner and helped me find the solution best for my situation.
I cannot say enough good things about this ER. The staff is excellent! Very knowledgeable and friendly (Cindy at registration, Nurse Elisabeth, and Dr. Abreha). The space is immaculately clean. I had very minimal wait time. They saw me quickly, treated my injury with precision and care, and gave clear instructions for aftercare. My injury wasn't major (I got a splinter in my eye, yeah ouch) but I was literally in and out in under 90 minutes. They called in my eye drops to my pharmacy and even gave a follow up call regarding same. Everything was completely hassle-free. I was seriously cringing at the thought of having to spend all day waiting in an ER because that's been my typical ER experience, but Montrose completely changed my mind on what ER care can, and should, be. Highly HIGHLY recommended! 1000/10 stars!
I had a great experience at this emergency room visit. From the moment I walked in everything was clean, calm and organized. I was greeted by friendly staff and there was no wait time at all. I had excellent medical and compassionate care. Highly recommend.
This was a great refresher for me. The teacher was very thorough and answered all of our questions. I’m definitely referring Alexa to others. I loved that we covered CPR, AED and choking.
This ER facility was absolutely incredible, the staff was helpful, friendly and the medical professionals that took care of me were some of the best I’ve experienced. I highly recommend Montrose Emergency Room!
