I transferred recently to this veterinary practice and instantly like the place. The technicians and Vets were very personable and I felt they gave my dog good care However, in the time i have been a client I have had nothing but problems when I call to get medications. I’m told to make an appointment & when I get there I am told I didn’t need to have an appointment. My most recent call for flea and tick meds ( they did a heart worm test a few months ago) was very frustrating. I was told I couldn’t buy them without a receipt from my last purchase even though they know I am a new patient and have all the records from his last vet. When I tried to explain why I was frustrated the front desk staff was incredibly rude and argumentative. I finally called the old vet had them send over a receipt and then tried calling back to see if I can pick up meds. They didn’t answer the call or call me back. I was never rude, nor did I raise my voice once during our conversations. It was their staff who escalated the situation and now I feel like I have to find another Vet after spending the last eight months transferring everything to them. I get that they have rules but since he is a known patient with regular checkups and heart worm tests, o think they could have worked with me a bit.
I’ve been going here since I believe it was 1998 was my last visit with the former vet Dr Prince who opened his own practice off Old St Augustine Road. I continued to visit this location and became a HUGE fan of Dr Wilson He shoots straight with you doesn’t try to sell you on anything that your pet doesn’t need. He only does what’s necessary unlike most of other veterinarians. My boxer Tyson won’t let anyone touch him except Dr Wilson. I absolutely put trust and into his thoughts and recommendations. If you want all of this then I suggest you make an appointment and see for yourself how AWESOME DR WILSON and staff treat you and your pet.
Very friendly and excellent animal care. Would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business and take care of your fur babies. Didn't notice the sign until I left but was a very cool thing to see they actually take the time to acknowledge being a first time customer! Ive had dogs for 18 years now and this office has been the most thorough and personable vet ive used to date so thank you!
I love all the doctors and staff here, they’re always very kind and compassionate. I can usually get an appointment quickly and never have to wait long after arriving. The care my pets receive is always thorough and they respond quickly to calls and emails about your questions or concerns.
We have had them for many years with dogs and cats. Dr Wilson and Dr November are great. This visit we met with Dr Deep. She was Excellent! The staff are great too. We will not be going anywhere else. Toots thanks you too
