Nina was amazing from the moment I walked in with my partner. She was so knowledgeable about things, gave us plenty of time to explore, sit on stuff and had just the right balance of coming back to check on us. She was professional and attentive. Check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back, and the free snacks are great while shopping around.
Jason was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. I walked away feeling very happy and I really appreciated his joyful attitude and honesty. I would recommend him to anyone needing help buying furniture. A pleasant experience for sure and I will be returning.
Fantastic huge facility, prices are great and staff is very helpful yet not overbearing. Nick was great at stepping in at just the right time to help answer questions and offer options/advice while allowing us to explore the store freely without feeling pressured or set aside at any moment. We opted to get a small sectional that suited our size constraints, Nick set up everything quickly and easily and really we didn't expect to buy it on this day but everything went so perfect and comfortable we decided why not. Nick did a fantastic job and we just may come here again.
I have been shopping at Mor for years as they tend to have some pretty great deals and furniture. I happened to walk in and Nick was able to help me. His knowledge, commitment to service and upfront service was a breath of fresh air in a world where people lack patience. Nick got me to commit to a few pieces I hemmed and hawed on and I appreciate his patience more than you know. As we were closing out, Nick reminded me that he assisted me years ago, who knew?! I appreciate Mor and their employees and I’m sure I will be back!
Nick was absolutely amazing and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He helped us purchase two couches and was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly with a great personality. He really knew his stuff, answered all our questions clearly, and made everything straightforward with no pressure and no BS. We even had our 13-month-old baby with us, and Nick made the whole experience so easy and smooth — we were in and out of the store with zero stress. I highly recommend going in and asking for Nick. You’ll be in great hands!
